LEAGUE OVERVIEW
The 4 Vert girls’ flag football league uses official high school 7v7 rules to give participants an authentic experience that mirrors the competitive high school environment. Whether a high school team getting in off-season work, or 7th-8th graders looking to prepare for the next step, the league offers options for everyone.
SEASONS
The league runs in the winter on Friday nights, and in the spring on Saturdays, with high school and 7th-8th grade divisions.
WINTER LEAGUE:
The winter league runs on Friday nights at the Orange County Great Park, and offers two divisions: a club league for preformed high school and 7th-8th grade teams, and a developmental league for individual registrations.
SPRING LEAGUE:
The spring league takes place on Saturdays, with games being played at local high schools.
DIVISIONS
CLUB DIVISION
This division is for pre-formed teams looking for a competitive experience. Club teams will compete against other clubs in a more structured and high-level environment.
DEVELOPMENTAL DIVISION
The developmental division is open to individual players or small groups, with professional high school coaches overseeing the teams. This is the ideal place for girls looking to prepare for high school flag. Participants are placed on balanced teams, ensuring everyone gets a chance to play, learn, and grow in a supportive setting.

Winter Youth Division

Winter High School Division
OVERVIEW
The 4-Vert Flag Girls HS Division is an off-season league for girls currently in high school. Games are played under CIF girls flag high school rules. Any girl currently in high school is eligible, including seniors.
