Youth Division
OVERVIEW
The 4-Vert Flag Girls Youth Division is a 7v7 format played under CIF high school rules. The league is an opportunity for girls interested in playing high school flag to get exposure to the high school game and its intricacies.
- Players 8th grade and below
- Multiple divisions
- 2 games each week on Sundays (games are back to back)
- 4 total weeks (4th week is championship week)
- Professional coaches
- Registration Fee: $475 per team

Games will be played at local high schools throughout Orange County.
High School Division
OVERVIEW
The 4-Vert Flag Girls HS Division is an off-season league for girls currently in high school. Games are played under CIF girls flag high school rules.
- Players in grades 9th-11th
- Multiple divisions
- Teams can only be made up of players from a single school
- 2 games each week on Saturdays (games are back to back)
- 4 total weeks (4th week is championship week)
- High School Reg Price: $475 per team
