The 5 UpFront 5v5 lineman league, powered by Jesse Sapolu’s Men in the Trenches (MITT), is a series of pass pro/pass rush matchups.
Each week teams will participate in two matches. Each match is a series of 1v1 pass pro/pass rush matchups.
Players can register as individuals, or full teams can register. Those players who register individually will be placed on renegade teams coached by MITT coaches.

YOUTH LEAGUE
- Players in grades 3rd – 8th
- Divisional breakdowns: 3rd-4th Grade, 5th-6th Grade, 7th-8th Grade
- Each division has multiple tiers
- 2 matches each week on Sundays
- 5 total weeks (5th week is championship week)
- Travel teams welcome
- Registration fee is determined by each team’s coach

Games will be played at local high schools throughout Southern California.
HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE
- Players in grades 9th-11th
- Multiple divisions
- Teams must be comprised of athletes who all attend the same high school
- 2 matches each week
- 5 total weeks (5th week is championship week)
- High School Reg Price: $695 per team
- $75 discount with 4-Vert team registration
