About the Leagues

The 4 Vert 7v7 passing league was established in 2012 as the first club-style 7v7 league in Southern California. It soon became the premiere youth league in the area for top players to showcase their skills, while getting high level instruction from some of the top high school coaches around. The league had six teams competing in its first season, and in its last season had over 130 teams in the OC/LA/IE area.

In 2019 a high school division was added, allowing high school teams to get the same consistent week to week quality program that made the youth league so popular.

In 2020 the 5 UpFront 5v5 lineman league, in partnership with Jesse Sapolu and his Men In the Trenches program, was introduced to allow for lineman to have the opportunity to compete and showcase their skills in a similar setting to the skill players.

  • Players in grades 3rd-8th
  • Single grade divisions: 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, 7th Grade, 8th Grade
  • Each division has multiple tiers
  • 2 games each week on Sundays
    • 5 total weeks
    • 5th week is championship week
  • Travel teams welcome – contact for details
  • Registration fee is determined by each team’s coach
