The 5 UpFront 5v5 lineman league, powered by Jesse Sapolu’s Men in the Trenches (MITT), is a series of lineman competitions.
Each week teams will participate in two matches. The 5v5 lineman competitions focus exclusively on trench play, featuring teams of offensive and defensive linemen competing in structured 1v1 battles. Athletes rotate through multiple reps each week, showcasing strength, technique, leverage, and competitive toughness in a fast-paced, high-rep format designed to highlight true lineman performance.
These competitions remove scheme and skill-position variables, allowing linemen to compete purely on fundamentals, toughness, and execution.
YOUTH LEAGUE
- Players in grades 3rd – 8th
- Divisional breakdowns: 3rd-4th Grade, 5th-6th Grade, 7th-8th Grade
- Each division has multiple tiers
- 2 matches each week on Sundays
- 5 total weeks (5th week is championship week)
- Travel teams welcome
- Registration fee is determined by each team’s coach

HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE
- Players in grades 9th-11th
- Multiple divisions
- Teams must be comprised of athletes who all attend the same high school
- 2 matches each week
- 5 total weeks (5th week is championship week)
- High School Reg Price: $795 per team
- $50 discount with 4-Vert team registration
